• Architected, built, tested, and deployed a bespoke vendors database application (Python / Django) for the SRTF Procurement Section; UAT-accepted and deployed to the client's private server in Amman.
• Reduced the supplier-selection process from one week to one day by reworking the cross-team workflow; procurement cycles and execution delays shortened with it.
• Created a company-wide single-source-of-truth dataset that replaced the separate spreadsheets each team kept on its own.
